Potato & Onion Fry

Ingredients
  1. Potatoes - 1 lbs
  2. Red Onion - 1
  3. Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
  4. Dhaniya (Corriander Powder) - 1 tbsp
  5. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  6. Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt - To Taste
  8. Oil - 2 tbsp



Procedure
  1. Boil/Steam the potatoes, peal the skin and keep them aside
  2. Julienne cut the the onions & sauté them till they turn golden brown.
  3. Now, add the boiled potatoes with all the powders and keep sautéing it until the spices are properly cooked
  4. This is a defacto curry for any entree. Enjoy with any rice.
